By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit the forms.
2. About this website
This site introduces Livio Interior and our interior design work. We try to keep the information on it accurate and current, but photographs, layouts, dimensions and finishes are indicative. Always confirm the final specification, materials and pricing in a written quotation before committing to a project.
3. Enquiries are not quotations
Submitting any form on this site — the homepage form, the contact page form, the "Get a quote" dialog, or the call and WhatsApp buttons — records your details so we can respond. It does not create a contract, and it does not fix a price. A quotation is issued only in writing after we have reviewed your space and requirements.
4. Accuracy of the information you give us
Please give us accurate contact details. We rely on the phone number and name you submit to reach you, and we cannot be responsible for enquiries we are unable to reach because that information is wrong or incomplete.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, layout and code of this website belong to Livio Interior or are used with permission. Project photographs show work carried out by us and remain our property. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, adapt or redistribute its content or images commercially without written permission.
6. Third-party links and content
The site links to and embeds content from Google Maps, YouTube, WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, to attempt to access it without authorisation, to disrupt it, or to submit automated or fraudulent enquiries. We may block access where we reasonably believe a request is automated or abusive.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on the general information published on it. Project terms are governed by the contract signed for that project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any project agreement that states otherwise.
